Shipping
Prints are produced to order. Nothing ships from a warehouse shelf, so dispatch starts after the file is checked.
Dispatch time
Standard orders leave the workshop in 3 to 6 business days. Personalised prints take longer because a proof is sent for approval first.
- Standard prints: 3–6 business days
- Framed prints: add 1–2 business days for assembly
- Personalised prints: proof in 5 days, dispatch in 12
