Unframed prints can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
What qualifies
Return unframed prints in their original tube if they are unused. Framed pieces can be returned if the frame arrived damaged or the print differs from the preview.
Personalised prints
Personalised prints are produced from your image, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. If the print is faulty, or does not match the approved proof, we reprint at our cost.
How to start
Email the order number and a photograph of the item. We reply with a return label or a reprint confirmation within one working day.
